At booking, while signing your contract, a non refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total amount due is required. a second 1/3 of the amount is due 90 days before the event. The full remaining amount is due maximum 30 days before the shooting. Monthly installment can be done for high amounts, between the signature of the contract until 30 days before the shooting. All payments and deposits are non refundable (unless exceptional cases describe in the contract). In case of late payments, a fee of 25 % will be kept. We will attend the event but won't release any pictures until full due.

Travel fees: There is no travel fee when the event/photoshoot is within 40 miles range from our company headquarter. For event/photoshoot taking place farther than the 40 miles range, a travel fee of 0.56 $ per mile will be charged, for every mile above 40.
